To manually setup Outlook Express an Internet mail account
1. Start Outlook Express and select the Tools menu. From here select 'Accounts'
2. In the window that appears press the 'Add' button and then select 'Mail...'
3. Enter your name as you would like it to appear to people who receive emails from you. Then click 'Next'.
4. Enter the email address that you want to use and that you have setup with Heart Internet. Then click 'Next'.
5. Now you need to enter your incoming and outgoing servers. For the incoming server you should enter mail.'yourdomain.com' – substituting your own domain name for yourdomain.com. For the outgoing mail server you should enter mail.'yourdomain.com'
as before. Then click Next.
6. To finish you need to enter your username (which is your full email address) and password for your mail account. Once entered please click Next and then Finish.
7. To allow you to send mail through our mail server you now need to make a small change to the properties of the account.
Select 'properties from the Accounts' window:
8. You need to click the tick-box that says 'My server requires authentication' and then click the 'OK' and 'Close'.
9. You can now send and receive emails!

Failure to renew domain names by the due date
The guidelines below are correct at the time of writing but are subject to change at any time by the registrars and should only be taken as an indication of the renewal circumstances. If you do not pay your renewal fee by the date on which the domain name renewal falls due then you must assume that you stand a high risk of loosing the name. A competitor or an undesirable web site may buy the name as names with prior use tend be be valuable assets
Important notice: for all .com/ .net/ .org/ .info/.biz domains
Domains which are not renewed 40 days after its expiry date will enter a period of redemption which ends 75 days after the expiry date. During the redemption period domains can be renewed however this will result in a £250 charge (plus VAT). This charge is levied by the registrars and not Magic Webs Ltd. Magic Webs reserve the right to charge for the time involved in recovering a name in redemption. If the domain has not been renewed five days after the end of the redemption period, it will be available again to the public for registration.
Important notice: for all .uk domains
With .uk names the policy is that you are given up to 30 days grace then the name is suspended for 60 days after which it goes back on the open market.
